Terms of Service

Work is quoted on the call before dispatch, with the $89 service call inside the figure, and the figure holds at the door. Extra work requested on site is quoted on its own and started only with your agreement.

Ranges on this site are typical, not binding. Evening attendance adds +$45 and overnight +$80, both already counted into the quoted total.

For a home, someone entitled to be inside; for a business, someone entitled to act for it. Identification with the address, a lease, registration papers or an owner's confirmation are all accepted. Without that, the technician does not open anything and does not change any lock.

Non-destructive entry first; drilling only with your express consent and an agreed replacement price. Where we rekey a storefront or issue credentials, the key schedule is handed to the person who authorised the work and to nobody else.

Labour carries 90 days of cover from the visit, hardware carries the manufacturer's. Misuse, a later forced entry, and alterations by other trades fall outside both.

Payment is taken on completion by card or contactless, and an itemised invoice follows by email. A cancellation after the technician has arrived carries the fee quoted at booking.

To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount paid for that job. Liability that cannot be limited by law remains untouched.

These terms sit under the laws of CA, and disputes go to the courts serving San Leandro.
